Refund policy

RETURNS

To initiate returns, email us at support@uritoria.com within 30 days of item delivery. Please ensure the returned item is in the same new, unused, and undamaged condition when return is initiated, and we will cover the return fees excluding buyer’s remorse.

REFUNDS
Customer’s refunds will be processed as soon as we confirm delivery of returns.
